Workspace

The Workspace group controls connected sources, knowledge, and automations. Usage and Settings are reached through the account menu in the sidebar footer, but their documentation routes stay under Workspace for consistency.

Sections​

  • Integrations: connect external systems and data sources.
  • Knowledge Base: maintain workspace context for accounting work.
  • Automations: configure recurring workflow behavior.
  • Pipeline Builder: review how document automation steps are arranged.
  • Usage: monitor workspace consumption and capacity from the account menu.
  • Settings: manage company, team, user, and workspace preferences from the account menu.

Suggested path​

Start with Settings for company basics, then connect sources in Integrations. Use Knowledge Base, Automations, and Pipeline Builder once the workspace has the context and data it needs.
