Fortnox
What it connects
Fortnox connects Igdrasil to the company's Fortnox accounting workspace. Use it when Fortnox remains the accounting system of record and Igdrasil is used for review, automation, and source-control checks.
What Igdrasil imports or exports
- Imports accounts, suppliers, employees, vouchers, inbox files, and attachments.
- Shows source-control differences before reviewed changes are applied.
- Sends reviewed bookkeeping back to Fortnox when the workflow allows export.
Requirements
Have permission to authorize Fortnox for the company. For bureau workflows, confirm the client company before running the first sync.
Connect steps
- Open Integrations from the Workspace group.
- Select Fortnox.
- Start the Fortnox connection.
- Authorize the requested access in Fortnox.
- Return to Igdrasil and run the first sync.
- Review any source-control differences before using export actions.
First checks
Confirm that accounts, suppliers, employees, recent vouchers, and source files appear in Igdrasil. Open Bookkeeping and check any Fortnox review items before posting or exporting.
Daily use
Run Fortnox sync before review-heavy bookkeeping sessions and before sending approved ledger work back to Fortnox.
Troubleshooting
If the connection needs attention, reconnect Fortnox from the integration page and rerun sync. If bureau data looks wrong, stop and confirm the selected client company before continuing.
Disconnect and data handling
Disconnecting stops future Fortnox sync and export actions. Existing imported evidence remains in Igdrasil according to normal workspace retention.
